Any interaction with our dogs is done so at your own risk and the Chihuahua Lounge Ltd cannot be held responsible for injury or damage to property.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your session; but not too early as you will be waiting outside. This is so the dogs are not alerted to your arrival during their down time.

Sessions start promptly at the advertised times and late comers cannot be admitted as it is extremely disrupting to the dogs and other guests. Please see our frequently asked questions for infomation on where to park and plan your journey accordingly. 

We have a set of house rules to protect the dogs welfare and for your safety. They must be adhered to by all guests. Any guests who are seen breaking these rules may be asked to leave.

All guests must remain seated for the entire time the dogs are loose. Bathroom breaks must be taken either at the start or end of your session when the dogs are not loose. 

Under 6's cannot be admitted into the cafe. 6-12 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
 Proof of age may be required.

We are not permitted to have any dogs on site other than our own so please leave your furry friends at home on this occasion.

Our dogs are an affectionate bunch but they are free to roam within the Lounge and do as they please so we cannot guarantee that everyone will get a cuddle.

Bookings may be changed if you provide at least 24 hours notice so that your place can be re-filled. Please e-mail woof@thechihuahualounge.co.uk with your existing booking name, date and time and the new date and time you would like to change to.

I’m afraid we cannot offer change of mind refunds, all purchases are final.
