Bookable sessions are 50 minutes and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people aged from 6 years upwards (under 6's cannot be admitted into the cafe).
6-12 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
All guests must remain seated at all times while the dogs are loose. Our Chihuahuas are a very friendly bunch and love meeting new humans and enjoy lots of human interaction but it is important to remember that Chihuahuas are the smallest dogs in the world and it is our job to make sure we don't scare them. Ours become scared if people stand up and walk around.
Bookable sessions are currently only available on a Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday - Friday.

11.10am - 12.00pm
12.20pm - 1:10pm
2.00pm - 2.50pm
3.10pm - 4.00pm
4.20pm - 5.10pm
Please arrive a few minutes early for your session; but not too early as you will be waiting outside. This is so the dogs are not alerted to your arrival during their down time.
Sessions will begin promptly at the advertised times.
Once a session has started and the dogs are settled on knees it is very upsetting to the dogs and disruptive to other guests if we allow in late comers so please see our frequently asked questions for infomation on where to park and plan your journey accordingly.
Upon arrival please wait outside to be admitted into the secure gated area. Once the main door behind you is closed you will be asked to remove your shoes and you will be escorted through the gate into the lounge area, shown to your seats and asked to familiarise yourself with the printed guidelines.
ID will be required for Children who may look under 6.
A member of staff will remain in the lounge area supervising the dogs at all times. Refreshment orders will be taken from your seats.
Payment for any refreshments and merchandise will be taken at the end of your booked session.
Please take any bathroom breaks either before or at the end of your booked session as we ask you to remain seated during the session.
At any time during the booked sessions the dogs are free to retire to their private room. This area is out of bounds to guests.
